This week I’ve got a new blog series, color inspiration, Instagram awesomeness and a book recommendation for you.
First time here? Welcome!
Each week I collect things I find interesting or useful and post them here. I hope you find them useful too.
Let’s get to it.
WomenWorc
I’ve launched a new blog series on WomenWorc.com, Amplifying Women’s Voices. I’ll be sharing the work of women who create and publish work: blogs, podcasts, videos, photography, and film.

Cross-Cultural Design
I just bought a new book from the A Book Apart series, Cross-Cultural Design by Senongo Akpem. I’ve got all the books in their series because they are always excellent, immediately actionable, and relevant. These books are also quick, easy reads because the publisher keeps them intentionally short.
Senongo Akpem shares a clear and accessible methodology for designing across cultures: from performing socially conscious research, to building culturally responsive experiences, to developing meaningful internationalization and localization approaches.

Instagram Goodness
I subscribe to Quinn Tempest’s newsletter and follow her on Instagram. She’s an Instagram expert who shares a lot of great information and tips on how to get the most from Instagram.
This week Quinn Tempest shared a very helpful tutorial on Instagram Reels from Natasha, owner/founder of Sol Studio Marketing. Make sure you follow @solstudiomarketing too because she’s posting a lot of great stuff that’ll help you level up your Instagram branding.
It’s All About Color
I’ve been loving Design Seeds for years. Jess Colaluca builds beautiful, unique palettes from inspiration photos. The site allows you to search by seasonal inspiration or by a specific color. She’s also on Instagram @designseeds.
That’s it for this week.
I’ll be back next week with a lot more resources and fun stuff.
