Stuff I read - web geek things and such
Planet Photoshop had a tutorial about making faux folds and creases. Planet Photoshop has really cool video tutorials. Helpful and easy to understand.
Pro-blogger posted the results of their poll: What social bookmarking site do you like best?. Surprisingly, StumbleUpon was #1 with the 1300 readers that answered. I would have guessed it Digg - that’s the one you hear about the most. Personally, I like SU more too.
Peachpit Press sent out part two of Robert Hoekman’s three part article about Redefining User-Centered Design. Part one can be found here. Robert makes some great points about the flaws of UCD and offers thoughts on better ways of getting the job done. Read it - it will make you think.
