It’s been quite some time since my last post on this blog. That’s been because I focused on some of my other sites for awhile. This blog is next. I’ve got a lot of things in development and will hopefully start rolling some of it out soon. The first thing being a new custom design for this blog.

If you are curious about what I’ve been up to, here’s the list:
I redesigned my other blog: I’m From Worcester. I  also added a Google Map to the site. I’ve been posting regularly over there so there’s lots of new content including my very popular Turtle Boy posts (here) and (here) - they’ve even been picked up on digg.com  and Worcester Magazine. I guess everyone really does love Turtle Boy. 

I also redesigned my co-portfolio site (shared with my husband, Jason): jcnewmedia.com.New content on jcnewmedia.com includes a New England Summer Nationals slideshow and an audio slideshow I did of a friend’s birthday party. I also added some new free wallpapers to the JC site - more to come soon.

Behind the scenes on this site - I’ve torn apart a couple of WordPress Themes and am working to build a custom design. I’m learning a lot about how all the pieces fit together and (trying) to learn some php in the process. It’s really interesting.  The goal of this month is to get this site designed and to re-launch my redearthmonkeystudio.com site with it’s new design (also in progress). Busy me!

Oh yeah - I also have been out and about in Worcester taking all sorts of pictures.  Most of them are posted at flickr.com.
